Vol 4, No 3 (2021): The Internet as a Digital World Application for Secure Data Transfer
Authors:Â Â Raghav Rao, Kavitha Iyer
Abstract:Â Computer security is concerned with the managerial practises and technological measures used to protect computer hardware, software, and data against accidental or deliberate unauthorised access. Computer privacy refers to the moral and legal obligations to safeguard data against unwanted access and publication. Computer privacy concerns are thus political judgments about access to information, whereas security concerns are the methods and protections for implementing the privacy decisions. The desire for military secrecy, industrial security, and information sharing are all incentives for security and privacy. It is feasible to construct some type of operational security based on national and state regulations that enables the management of a computer installation to exert control and accountability over the installation. Guidelines and processes for accountability, control levels, and system configuration may be developed. Through risk analysis, assessment, and insurance research, preventive actions against internal and external dangers can be devised. Psychological security of operational workers is critical to operational security success. It is advised that risk management teams comprised of operations managers, programmers, internal auditors, and physical security employees be developed on a regular basis. Physical security must safeguard against damage caused by natural disasters, tampering, and malicious entrance and destruction. Both hardware and software must be protected by user identification and authentication. There are bibliographies, pictures, and author and subject indexes included.

Vol 4, No 3 (2021): AI and Machine Learning Based Network Anomaly Detections
Authors:Â M Naga Triveni, G Y Vybhavi, Eswar Poluri
Abstarct: It is possible that someday the Industrial Internet of Things will alter the planet. It is the amount of knowledge so far that lets the universe spin quicker. Detecting unexpected occurrences, adjustments or transitions in databases is one way to process data quickly and more effectively.  Anomaly detection, a technique that focuses on Artificial Intelligence to recognise irregular behaviour inside the data collection pool, has since become one of the Industrial IoT’s key goals. Anomaly detection relates to the discovery of objects or occurrences in a dataset that are normally undetectable by a human specialist that do not adhere to a predicted trend or to other items. Typically, those irregularities may be converted into concerns such as design flaws, mistakes, or theft. We recommend a two-phase model in this paper to identify and categorise irregularities. First, out of eleven widely used algorithms tested for the same data collection, we chose Random Forest based on the maximum accuracy-score. The RF is used to identify irregularities and create a “attack-or-not†additional function. We supplied the Neural Network with the “attack-or- not†data function to distinguish attack types, which will help to handle each form accordingly.

Vol 4, No 2 (2021): Indoor Air Quality Monitoring System Based IoT
Authors:Â Manasy Jayasurya, Muhseena M
Abstract:Â The accumulated CO2 is not eliminated out and enough amount of oxygen is not supplied properly inside the indoor stadium. Players are most effected by this limited oxygen level, because they are actively playing continuously for hours. They feel suffocation, muscle cramps, fading etc. due to low content of oxygen in their body. Viewers in the stadium also get effected, especially people with respiratory problems. For the smooth and efficient process the condition of the indoor air should be detected early. Thus, the introduction of IOT based indoor air quality monitoring device (IAQD) will help to overcome this situation. It is helpful not only in the normal conditions, but also as a precaution in some dangerous conditions, for example: fire accidents, leakage of inflammable gases etc. early detection of such problematic condition by the IAQD will reduce the risk and get enough time to take preventive measures.

Abstract:Â The current scope of working moms has enormously raised. Afterwards, infant care has become a day by day challenge to a few families. Accordingly, for the most part, guardians send their children to their grandparents' home or to infant care homes. Be that as it may, the fogeys can't unendingly screen their infants' conditions either in customary or strange things.
Â
Along these lines, an Internet of Things-based great Baby Cradle is made arrangements for checking infant continuously. In this task we create infant support that swings precisely once the child cries and turns the toy according to parent request. For this present, it's a cry investigation framework that distinguishes the child cry voice and therefore the support swing until the parent stop the swing of the support. This strategy moreover faculties the temperature and wet condition just as we can see infant.
