Abstract: Nanotechnology has emerged as a revolutionary tool in various fields, including medicine. One of its most promising applications is in the delivery of vaccines. This paper reviews the principles of nanotechnology and its role in vaccine delivery, exploring the mechanisms, advantages, challenges, and future prospects. It also discusses various types of nanoparticles used, such as lipid-based nanoparticles, polymer-based nanoparticles, and virus-like particles, highlighting recent advancements and clinical applications.
