Abstract: The increasing frequency and intensity of climate change-related events necessitate a paradigm shift in infrastructure planning, design, and implementation. This paper explores resilient infrastructure as a cornerstone of climate change adaptation, emphasizing strategies to withstand environmental stressors while promoting sustainability and socio-economic development. The study reviews innovative materials, technologies, and governance frameworks, presenting case studies that highlight successful adaptation measures. Challenges such as resource constraints, policy gaps, and stakeholder coordination are critically analyzed. The paper concludes with actionable recommendations for building infrastructure that is adaptive, sustainable, and equitable in the face of evolving climate risks.
