Abstract: Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) remain a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Traditional medical approaches often fall short in addressing the complex etiology of these diseases. This paper explores the potential of Rasayana therapy, a branch of Ayurveda focused on rejuvenation and longevity, in managing and preventing cardiovascular diseases. By integrating traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern medical insights, this study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Rasayana therapies in enhancing heart health. The findings suggest that specific Ayurvedic formulations and practices can complement contemporary treatments, leading to improved cardiovascular outcomes.
