Abstract: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by inflammation of the joints, leading to pain, swelling, and potential joint damage. This paper explores the management of RA through the lens of Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine, and compares its approaches to those of modern medicine. By analyzing the principles of Ayurveda, its treatment modalities, and the efficacy of conventional treatments, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of RA management, emphasizing the potential benefits of an integrative approach.
