Abstract: This paper explores the holistic principles of Ayurveda in promoting psychological well-being, particularly in addressing stress, anxiety, and depression. Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine, offers a comprehensive approach to health that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Drawing upon classical Ayurvedic texts and contemporary research, this paper examines the underlying causes of stress, anxiety, and depression according to Ayurveda and proposes integrative approaches for managing these conditions. Key strategies include dietary modifications, lifestyle adjustments, herbal remedies, mindfulness practices, and yoga therapies. The paper also discusses the potential synergies between Ayurveda and modern psychological interventions, highlighting the importance of personalized care and preventive measures in fostering mental health. Through a synthesis of traditional wisdom and contemporary insights, this paper aims to contribute to a broader understanding of holistic approaches to psychological well-being.
