Abstract: This paper delves into the traditional Ayurvedic approaches for managing metabolic disorders, focusing specifically on Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity. Metabolic disorders have become global health concerns due to their increasing prevalence and associated complications. Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine, offers holistic approaches to address these conditions through lifestyle modifications, dietary interventions, herbal remedies, and therapeutic practices. This paper aims to provide insights into Ayurvedic principles, diagnostic methods, and treatment modalities for managing Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity. It explores the efficacy, safety, and potential mechanisms of action of Ayurvedic interventions, highlighting the importance of integrating traditional knowledge with modern healthcare practices for comprehensive management of metabolic disorders.
