Abstract: Rheumatological conditions encompass a spectrum of disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system, often leading to chronic pain, disability, and reduced quality of life. Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine originating from India, offers a holistic approach to managing such conditions. This paper aims to provide insights into Ayurvedic principles, therapies, and evidence-based practices for the management of rheumatological conditions. Through a comprehensive review of literature, we examine the efficacy, safety, and mechanisms of action of Ayurvedic interventions, including herbal remedies, dietary modifications, lifestyle practices, and therapeutic procedures. Furthermore, we discuss the integration of Ayurveda with conventional medicine, highlighting potential synergies and challenges. This paper serves as a guide for healthcare practitioners and patients seeking alternative or adjunctive approaches to managing rheumatological conditions.
