Abstract: The integration of Ayurveda and modern medicine, particularly in the field of Kayachikitsa (internal medicine), presents both challenges and opportunities. This paper explores the potential benefits of combining traditional Ayurvedic practices with modern medical approaches for comprehensive patient care. We discuss the challenges involved in integrating these two systems and highlight the opportunities for creating a synergistic healthcare model. Additionally, this paper includes tables to illustrate key points and comparisons between Ayurvedic and modern medical concepts in Kayachikitsa.
