Abstract: Asthma is a chronic respiratory condition affecting millions of people worldwide. The conventional treatment of asthma primarily focuses on symptom control through bronchodilators and anti-inflammatory medications. However, there is growing interest in alternative and complementary approaches, including Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine originating in India, offers a holistic and personalized approach to managing asthma.
