Abstract: Traditional medicine systems, such as Ayurveda, have long been recognized for their holistic approach to healthcare. In recent years, there has been a renewed interest in exploring the pharmacological potential of herbal formulations used in Kayachikitsa, the branch of Ayurvedic medicine focused on internal medicine. This research paper aims to provide a comprehensive review of the pharmacological evaluation of herbal formulations used in Kayachikitsa and their potential as a promising approach for internal medicine.
