Abstract: Chronic inflammatory conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and psoriasis, pose significant challenges to patients and healthcare professionals. The treatment of these conditions requires long-term management to control symptoms and prevent disease progression. Ayurveda and allopathy are two widely practiced medical systems that offer different approaches to managing chronic inflammatory conditions. This research paper aims to provide a comparative analysis of Ayurvedic and allopathic treatment approaches, considering their underlying principles, therapeutic modalities, and clinical effectiveness. By exploring the strengths and limitations of each approach, this study seeks to contribute to the understanding of complementary treatment options for chronic inflammatory conditions.
