Abstract: Kayachikitsa, one of the eight branches of Ayurveda, is a traditional Indian medical system that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. While Ayurveda has been practiced for thousands of years, its relevance and efficacy in modern healthcare practices have become a subject of interest and investigation. This research paper aims to assess the safety and efficacy of Kayachikitsa in the context of modern healthcare practices. The study explores relevant literature, clinical trials, and expert opinions to evaluate the scientific basis and effectiveness of Kayachikitsa. Additionally, safety concerns, potential interactions with conventional medicine, and regulatory aspects are also discussed. The findings of this research provide valuable insights into the integration of Ayurvedic practices into modern healthcare systems.
