This paper explores integrative models of care, evidence-based validation of traditional formulations, and the challenges of harmonizing ancient Ayurvedic principles with biomedical methodologies. By examining the strengths of Kayachikitsa in chronic disease management and preventive health, along with recent clinical trials and global recognition of Ayurveda, this study underscores the transformative potential of integrative approaches in shaping the future of internal medicine. The findings highlight the significance of interdisciplinary collaboration, standardized protocols, and robust clinical evidence in establishing a synergistic healthcare model for sustainable patient outcomes.
