Abstract: At present due to increasing use of vehicles the environment gets polluted. The environment pollution is mainly due to emission of toxic gases. Our main objective is to prevent the emission of gases by identifying the vehicles which emit those gases in a large manner. By using Chemical carbon sensor the amount of carbon emission from a particular vehicle can be monitored and intimation will be done to the user in three stages. If the user doesn’t listen to that intimation, the information about the vehicle will be sent to the RTO (Regional Transport Officer). By knowing about the particular vehicle is emitting number of carbon emission the officer can take necessary actions against the owner such as fines or impounding vehicles.
