Abstract: This paper provides a comprehensive review of the role of Ayurvedic principles in post-surgical care and rehabilitation. It explores the efficacy of Ayurvedic herbs and therapies in enhancing recovery after surgery, highlighting their potential to complement conventional medical approaches. Through an analysis of current research and clinical practices, this paper aims to elucidate the best practices for post-operative care grounded in Ayurvedic philosophy and methodology.
