Abstract: This paper explores the advancements in the diagnosis and management of tumors, specifically focusing on Ayurvedic practices within the framework of Shalya Tantra. By comparing ancient techniques for diagnosing and treating tumors (referred to as Arbuda) with contemporary oncological approaches, the paper highlights the relevance and potential integration of traditional practices into modern medicine. Through a systematic review of literature and the development of tables and figures, this study aims to provide insights into effective tumor management strategies that honor the wisdom of Ayurveda while incorporating advancements in modern oncology.
