Abstract:Â The present work encompasses the development of a novel ternary Nanohybrid composite (PANIMMO) of the mixed metal oxide of Nickel and Zinc (MMO) with polyaniline (PANI) using a green technique. The PANIMMO composite acts as a superior electrode material for supercapacitors. Microwave-assisted hydrothermal annealing method was used for preparing MMO, and then in-situ polymerization of aniline to get PANIMMO. FTIR, TGA, and SEM confirmed the formation of the composite. HRTEM analysis revealed the wrapping of PANI nanofibres on MMO. This enfolding augments the electrochemical behaviour of the nanocomposite. The composite exhibited excellent conductivity of 2 S/cm and acts as an electrode material for super capacitors. The electrochemical performances of the composite electrode can be due to the synergistic impact of distinct components. This facile strategy expected to revolutionize sustainable energy storage systems for affordable and efficient microelectronic devices.
