Abstract:-In order to maintain a good recognition at college, the management does every possible aspect in maintaining the qualities of the lecturer’s. As this is the online-era, where everything is online we need to develop a system in online which is very useful to refer the required notes and information. Digital library system is a project which aims in developing a computerized system to maintain all the daily work of library. This project has many features which are generally not available in normal library management system. It consist of various review of references , literatures and notes required for all the courses of different programs and subjects referred by students and staffs. It contain SGP interface all over the software. It will be locally hosted and can be accessible to all .There will be advanced upgrades of syllabus and question paper, notes and different reviews. Records of notes of all the departments and their subject’s references will be provided. Overall this project of ours is being developed to help the students as well as staff of library to maintain the library in the best way possible and also reduce the human efforts.
