ABSTRACT:Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the manufacturing sector, with one of its significant contributions being tool path optimization in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, real-time data analytics, and predictive modeling, AI-driven systems can enhance machining precision, reduce cycle times, and minimize tool wear. This paper examines the role of AI in generating optimized tool paths, integrating CAD/CAM systems, and adapting to real-time manufacturing conditions. Practical benefits, design considerations, and future trends in AI-based tool path optimization are discussed, along with case studies demonstrating its impact on industries such as aerospace, automotive, and precision engineering.
