Abstract: Community health nursing plays a pivotal role in the management of population health, focusing on preventive care, health promotion, and the management of chronic conditions within community settings. This paper examines the strategies employed by community health nurses to address public health challenges, including health education, disease prevention programs, and community outreach initiatives. The study highlights successful models of community health nursing that have led to improved health outcomes and reduced healthcare disparities. Through an analysis of various community health nursing programs, this paper provides insights into effective practices and potential areas for future improvement.
