Abstract: The field of general nursing has witnessed significant advancements over the past decade, primarily driven by technological innovations, evidence-based practices, and a greater emphasis on patient-centered care. This paper explores the recent developments in general nursing, focusing on the implementation of advanced nursing practices, the integration of technology in patient care, and the resultant impact on patient outcomes. Through a comprehensive review of current literature and case studies, this study aims to provide a thorough understanding of the trends and innovations shaping modern nursing practices. The findings indicate that the adoption of advanced nursing practices and technology integration has led to improved patient outcomes, enhanced efficiency, and higher satisfaction levels among both patients and healthcare professionals.
