Abstract:Health disparities, defined as systematic and unjust differences in health outcomes between populations, continue to be a significant public health challenge. In recent years, community-based interventions have emerged as a promising approach to address these disparities. This paper aims to provide an overview of community-based interventions for addressing health disparities, highlighting the strategies employed, outcomes achieved, and lessons learned from these initiatives. By examining various successful interventions, this paper aims to inform future efforts to reduce health disparities and promote health equity.
