Abstract:Maternal and infant health is a critical concern worldwide, as it significantly impacts the well-being of both mothers and their newborns. Adequate nutrition plays a vital role in ensuring optimal health outcomes for mothers and infants. This paper aims to explore the role of nutrition education in improving maternal and infant health through a comparative study. By examining various educational approaches and their impact on health outcomes, this study seeks to shed light on the importance of nutrition education as a preventive measure and an empowering tool for maternal and infant health.
