Innovative Approaches in Nanoparticle-Based Drug Delivery Systems for Cancer Therapy

Abstarct: Nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems have revolutionized cancer therapy by improving drug bioavailability, targeting precision, and reducing systemic toxicity. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of innovative nanoparticle-based approaches for cancer treatment, including advancements in nanoparticle design, targeting mechanisms, and combined therapeutic techniques. Key nanoparticle systems, such as liposomes, dendrimers, gold nanoparticles, and polymeric nanoparticles, are explored, emphasizing their role in personalized and precision medicine. Additionally, challenges in clinical translation and potential strategies for overcoming these limitations are discussed.
