Abstract: Yoga, an ancient practice originating from India, has gained global recognition for its holistic approach to health. This paper explores the role of yoga in stress management and mental health, examining both physiological and psychological benefits. Through a review of existing literature and analysis of empirical studies, this paper aims to highlight the efficacy of yoga as a complementary therapy for managing stress and enhancing mental well-being.
