Abstract: Panchakarma, an ancient Ayurvedic therapy, is designed to cleanse the body of toxins and restore balance. Diet and nutrition play a crucial role in the efficacy of this therapeutic process. This paper explores the dietary guidelines and nutritional practices essential during the pre-treatment (Purva Karma) and post-treatment (Paschat Karma) phases of Panchakarma. By examining traditional Ayurvedic texts and contemporary research, we highlight how specific dietary regimens enhance detoxification, support healing, and promote long-term rejuvenation. The integration of these practices can significantly improve the outcomes of Panchakarma therapy.
