Abstract: Herbal Naturopathy is a holistic system of medicine that focuses on the use of natural remedies to promote self-healing and restore balance to the body. This review paper provides an overview of the history, principles, and objectives of Naturopathy, as well as the assessment techniques and treatment modalities used in this system of medicine. The paper highlights the importance of diet and clinical nutrition, behavioral change, hydrotherapy, botanical medicine, physical medicine, and acupuncture in the treatment of various health conditions. The review concludes by emphasizing the need for more research to support the efficacy of naturopathic treatments.
