Abstract: The Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (AYUSH) system is an integral part of India's traditional medical system. In recent years, there has been a significant push to integrate AYUSH into the mainstream health care delivery system in India. This review paper aims to analyze the current state of mainstreaming AYUSH in India, including strategies and experiences gained, as well as future strategies and innovations. We also present a table comparing the key features of each system. The study concludes that mainstreaming AYUSH into the health care delivery system is a critical step towards achieving universal health coverage in India.
