Abstract: Mental health issues among students are increasing at an alarming rate. Yoga is an ancient practice that has been shown to have numerous benefits for mental health. This review paper aims to explore the effectiveness of yoga on the mental health of students. The paper discusses the concept of yoga, its different practices, and the importance of yoga. The paper also highlights the findings of several studies that have explored the effectiveness of yoga in improving mental health outcomes among students. The discussion section provides an overview of the limitations and future directions of research on this topic. The conclusion emphasizes the potential of yoga as a tool to improve mental health outcomes among students and encourages the incorporation of yoga into educational institutions' curriculum.
