Abstract: Panchakarma, a fundamental aspect of Ayurvedic treatment, offers a holistic approach to health by emphasizing both physical and mental well-being. This paper explores the impact of Panchakarma therapies on mental health, focusing on the integration of Samshodhana (detoxification) and Samshamana (palliative care) in addressing mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression. By examining the mechanisms behind these therapies, this paper seeks to present the benefits of Panchakarma as a holistic intervention, contributing to mental stability and emotional balance. The research highlights the correlation between Panchakarma treatments and mental health improvement, as well as the significance of incorporating traditional healing methods into modern therapeutic practices.
