Abstract: Panchakarma, a traditional Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapy, has been acclaimed for its comprehensive benefits on physical and mental health. This paper explores the impact of Panchakarma on mental health, particularly focusing on its effectiveness in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. By integrating traditional Ayurvedic theories with modern psychological research, we aim to provide a holistic understanding of how Panchakarma treatments can be utilized as a complementary approach to mental health care. Through an in-depth review of existing literature and case studies, this study highlights the therapeutic potential of Panchakarma in promoting mental well-being.
