Abstract: Panchakarma is an ancient system of healing and rejuvenation that originates from the traditional Indian system of Ayurveda. This paper explores the contemporary applications of Panchakarma therapies in the context of detoxification and heavy metal chelation. The aim is to analyze the efficacy and safety of Panchakarma practices, supported by both scientific research and anecdotal evidence. The paper also includes tables summarizing key findings in this field.
