Abstract: Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of risk factors that significantly increase the likelihood of developing cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, and other health issues. With the increasing global prevalence of metabolic syndrome, there is a growing interest in complementary and alternative therapies, such as Panchakarma, to manage and mitigate the condition. Panchakarma is an ancient Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapy that offers a holistic approach to improving metabolic health. This comprehensive review aims to assess the efficacy of Panchakarma in managing metabolic syndrome by synthesizing existing research, clinical studies, and traditional knowledge. The review will explore the mechanisms, safety, and potential benefits of Panchakarma in the context of metabolic syndrome management
