Abstract: Panchkarma, an ancient Ayurvedic system of detoxification and rejuvenation, has been widely recognized for its holistic approach to healthcare. This paper aims to explore the role of Panchkarma in promoting women's health, particularly in the context of gynecological disorders. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and clinical studies, we delve into the principles of Panchkarma, its therapeutic modalities, and its potential benefits for women facing various gynecological challenges. The findings suggest that Panchkarma can be a valuable adjunct to conventional treatments, providing a holistic and personalized approach to improving women's overall well-being.
