Abstract:-The Rigveda and Atharvaveda are two of the oldest and most significant texts in the Vedic literature of ancient India. They provide invaluable insights into the religious, philosophical, and cultural heritage of the Vedic period. This paper presents a comparative analysis of the Rigveda and Atharvaveda, exploring their similarities and differences in terms of content, themes, rituals, and their role in shaping the spiritual and socio-cultural landscape of ancient India. By examining these foundational texts, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the evolution and diversity of Vedic thought and its enduring influence on Indian civilization.
