Abstract: Agile methodologies have revolutionized software development and testing by emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. This paper examines the impact of Agile practices on software testing processes. Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP), promote continuous testing and integration, leading to faster delivery and higher quality software. The paper discusses how Agile practices facilitate better communication between developers and testers, encourage early and frequent testing, and integrate automated testing tools to streamline the testing process. Additionally, the paper highlights the challenges associated with Agile testing, including maintaining test coverage, managing technical debt, and ensuring effective communication within cross-functional teams.
