Abstract:Â When we install a software product it creates a lot of textual information called as logs. These logs get stored either in flat files unstructured or in database tables. This text information contains vital information to allow identification of problems that the software is experiencing. Many software products have predictable text information that can be shown and remediated, however over period of time and various complex infrastructure its possible it may show new type of information that may not have seen before or we may not have a solution for if. This is lifecycle of any product, however having a cloud based learning engine and utilizing the power of multiple machine learning algorithms we are able to not only classify the information but also put a technical sentiment called Techniment that states if someone is wrong and what is wrong. Similar to human emotion we use the same terminology.
