Abstract:Â In today's environment, software is critical. Almost every line of work has been impacted by the IT industry. To design software for fields such as mechanical, electronics, banking, and so on, strong domain knowledge is required. As a result, software development has become a time-consuming process in recent years. To get the most out of software engineers, they must be motivated and their skills must be effectively exploited under supervision. For the product needs, models such as waterfall and prototype are insufficient. Agile technique allows for a lot of flexibility in product development. Scrum is a superior software development methodology that also has applications in finance, electronics, and education.
