Abstract
Software engineering has witnessed a remarkable transformation over the last few decades due to rapid technological advancements and evolving industry needs. These developments have significantly influenced modern software testing methodologies, making them more adaptive, efficient, and reliable. This paper aims to explore the key advancements in software engineering practices and their consequent effects on contemporary software testing processes. Emphasis is placed on agile methodologies, DevOps, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), automated testing, and model driven development.
