Abstract: Smart building technologies are revolutionizing how buildings are designed, constructed, and managed, focusing on enhancing energy efficiency and improving user experience. These technologies integrate sensors, automation systems, and advanced software to optimize energy consumption, improve sustainability, and provide a personalized experience for occupants. This paper discusses the key technologies involved in smart buildings, such as Internet of Things (IoT) systems, energy management systems, and artificial intelligence (AI), and explores their role in energy efficiency and user comfort. Additionally, the paper presents case studies, applications, and challenges in the implementation of smart building technologies.
