Abstract
High-frequency integrated circuits (ICs) play a pivotal role in modern communication systems, radar technologies, and high-speed data transmission applications. This paper explores the latest advancements and novel approaches in designing ICs capable of operating at high frequencies. Beginning with an overview of the significance of high-frequency ICs in various domains, the paper delves into the challenges associated with conventional design methodologies.
