Anxiety and stress-related disorders have become increasingly prevalent inmodern society due to rapid urbanization, occupational pressure, academiccompetition, digital overload, social isolation, financial insecurity, anddisturbed sleep patterns. These conditions significantly impair quality of lifeand may contribute to hypertension, insomnia, digestive disturbances,depression, substance misuse, and reduced productivity. Conventionalmanagement includes psychotherapy, lifestyle intervention, and pharmacological treatment when indicated. However, many individuals seekcomplementary systems that provide individualized, holistic, and patient-centered care. Homeopathy is frequently used as a supportive modality formild to moderate anxiety states, stress-related somatic complaints, sleepdisturbance, irritability, and functional psychosomatic symptoms. Contemporary homeopathic practice increasingly emphasizes evidence-informed consultation, psychological screening, measurable outcomes, andethical integration with mainstream mental healthcare. This paper reviewscurrent homeopathic approaches in anxiety and stress disorders, discussesclinical methodology, supportive role, limitations, research trends, and future prospects in integrative mental wellness.
