Abstract: Additive manufacturing parts often traverse dispersed bureau networks, creating provenance blind spots that compromise certification. We design a lightweight blockchain ledger that logs feed stock batch IDs, printer parameters, and post processing records at each hop. Smart contracts enforce immutability while preserving IP through zero knowledge proofs. A defense aerospace case study traced 1,200 Ti 6Al 4V components, revealing three counterfeit powder substitutions that conventional audits missed.
