Abstract: The Internet of Things (IoT) is revolutionizing industrial instrumentation by enabling real-time data collection, analysis, and remote control. This paper examines the development of IoT-based smart instrumentation systems and their impact on industrial automation. The paper covers various aspects of IoT integration, including sensor networks, data acquisition, and cloud-based control systems. Several examples from the oil and gas, manufacturing, and healthcare industries are presented to demonstrate how IoT-based systems improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
