Abstract:This paper examines the impact of lean manufacturing principles on quality improvement in industrial processes. The study focuses on understanding how the adoption of lean methodologies can enhance the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative data analysis and qualitative case studies from various industries. The findings reveal significant quality improvements in processes where lean principles are implemented, including reduced waste, enhanced process efficiency, and improved product quality. Furthermore, the study identifies key factors that influence the successful integration of lean methodologies into manufacturing processes. The paper concludes by discussing the implications of these findings for manufacturing industries and suggesting areas for future research.
