Abstract:- Control of the manufacturing processes is a highly significant function in all firms. Because this should be created by a multidisciplinary team, it will have an impact on the whole product production process. As a result, it is critical that its deployment be planned in order for it to be effective. The majority of potential problems may be avoided and manufacturing processes improved if the correct approach is employed at the right time. The goal of this article is to propose a framework for correctly controlling processes in the automobile industry by utilizing the right technique, FMEA, to detect gaps in the early stages of product and process development and prevent these gaps from occurring during regular production.
