Abstract:-In this work a general idea about decision making models and Analytical Network Process (ANP) are introduced. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a general theory of relative measurement used to derive priority ratio scales. Through its super matrix whose elements are themselves matrices of column priorities, the ANP captures the outcome of dependence within clusters of elements. The ANP is a new phase in decision making, neglected so far because of the linear structures used in traditional approaches and their inability to deal with feedback in order to choose alternatives. In this paper we will be using ANP to measure performance of cement production industry.
