Abstract:- Mobile phones have become an inseparable companion of many people and are useful in more and more cases. However, it is increasingly necessary to ensure that they can only be used by an authorized person, i.e. only the owner of the phone. In this article, we discuss the social history of the mobile telephone involves both the history of technological development and an account of changing social and political frameworks into which the new technological developments become integrated.
