Abstract:-The hotel management system provides convenience for the customers for ordering food through the proposed application. It overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional queuing system. Therefore, this system enhances the speed and standardization of taking the order from the customer. It provides a better communication platform. The user’s details are noted electronically. The mobile application for hotel management system set up menu online and the customers easily places the order with a simple click and also by scanning the QR code of the table. Also the application provides with a food menu through which customers can easily track the orders, maintain database and improve food delivery service. This system allows the user to select the desired food items from the displayed menu. The user orders the food items by using the menu which is in turn managed by the admin. An id and password is provided for each user through which their uniqueness is maintained throughout the process. Therefore, this application provides a more secured ordering procedure.
